POT PAINTING & PLANTS
Pot Painting & Plants is a drop-in event where students can paint their own pots, take home soil and seeds, and connect with fellow Rotman Commerce students. It is a welcoming way to meet RCNPN members, learn about our initiatives, and explore creativity, sustainability, and community impact.
GRC x RCNPN NON-PROFIT NETWORKING NIGHT
In partnership with GRC, this event connects students with professionals working in the nonprofit sector. A short panel discussion introduces guests and their organizations, followed by open networking for students to explore careers, build connections, and learn how businesses can support social impact.
NON-PROFIT CASE COMPETITION
Students work in teams to solve a real-world nonprofit challenge focused on financial analysis, accountability, and strategy. Teams present their recommendations to nonprofit representatives and industry judges, gaining experience in problem-solving, presentation, and social-impact decision-making.
RCNPN CHARITY MARKET
The RCNPN Charity Market brings together student vendors, local creators, artists, and nonprofits for a day of socially conscious chopping and community engagement. Proceeds support a charity selected with input from the student community, while attendees can learn about local causes and get involved.
CHARITY TRIVIA NIGHT
Hosted with RCSA at Madison Avenue Pub, Charity Trivia Night combines friendly competition, food, prizes, and fundraising. Students can form teams, compete for Rotman Commerce merchandise, and support a jointly selected charity through ticket proceeds.
VOLUNTEERING EVENTS
RCNPN volunteering events give students hands-on ways to support local nonprofit organizations through activities such as tree planting, donation sorting, and community meal service. These events make it easy to meet new people, give back, and build lasting connections with the community.
